Ever since Grace found out that Carlos Bakery (home to TLC's "The Cake Boss") is right in hoboken where Uncle Greg lives, she has been asking to go visit. We finally got around to making a trip back there and it was definitely a sweet treat for everyone. We waited on line for a while but it was worth it. When it was our turn a young woman opened up some white boxes and took us around the whole counter. We managed to fill them all up with cookies, canolis, eclairs and of course a few cupcakes. Although we didn't actually see "the boss" that day we throughly enjoyed his treats as we wandered through Hoboken that afternoon.
